Utah

After 4 days of driving we finally arrived in Utah. When I took this photo I was hit by dizziness from the elevation. I had to go back to the car. :( Once again I am sorry these photo's aren't in order.
Sorry this photo is sideways. This was at Mirror Lake it was beautiful there.

Mirror Lake is only open in the summer. It is a popular fishing and recreation area. The elevation here is 10,050 feet. It was good practice for me to get acclimated to the elevation.

Devils Slide in Utah

Antelope Island was discovered by John C. Fremont and Kit Carson in 1845, during exploration of the Great Salt Lake. They shot a Pronghorn Antelope on the island and in gratitude for the meat they named it Antelope Island.
